  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
